a wide range of public and private businesses, from established

to the "business" aspects of litigation. We encourage
and engage in open discussions with our clients regarding strategic
decision concerning discovery; trial planning and strategy, staffing
of partners, associates and paralegals; manual or computer-assisted
research; and litigation budgeting.
Though we respond aggressively and creatively, we are also realistic.
We believe the best litigators are those who know how and when to
settle a dispute. Where appropriate, we are committed to exploring
the best alternative dispute resolution, whether negotiation, mediation
or arbitration - yet we do not hesitate to go to trial. This balance
ensures that we maximize clients' objectives at the best value to
them.

Personal Injury <back

While our goal is to provide our client with the greatest settlement
in the most expedient manner, every case accepted is approached
as if it will eventually go to trial. The litigation staff efficiently
and effectively manages the extensive preparation that goes into
each case, while working with the client in arranging for medical
care and personal needs. When settlement fails to generate maximum
recovery for the client, the litigation staff files suit, conducts
discovery and prepares the case for trial.
